Refund & Cancellations Policy

1. Subscriptions & Billing
Spicy Snacks™ subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
2. How to Cancel
You may cancel anytime by logging into your account and selecting Manage Subscription, or by emailing hello@spicysnacks.app. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; you will continue to have access until that date.
3. Refund Policy
Because Spicy Snacks™ content is delivered digitally and access begins immediately, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments already processed. Exceptions may be made in cases of duplicate charges or verified technical errors. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact hello@spicysnacks.app within 7 days of the transaction.
4. Trial or Promotional Periods
If your subscription began with a free or discounted trial, cancellation before the trial ends will prevent any charge. After the trial, regular billing begins automatically unless you cancel.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The current version will always be available at https://spicysnacks.app/refund-policy.
